Working with Jessica and Tad was such a treat! The pair are fun, full of life, and they make the people around them feel so loved and appreciated. Admittedly I have said it before, but I always feel that I have the best clients!

THE ENGAGEMENT

Tad introduced himself to Jessica at a work event. After some time dating, Tad took Jessica on a trip to Ocean City for New Years Eve to watch the ball drop. They rented a house beside the beach in Berlin, Maryland with a few close friends. On the morning of New Year’s Day, one of the girls traveling along with them requested a group photo on the beach. As this is a perfect way to commemorate a trip with loved ones, Jessica thought nothing of it. The group made their way onto the sand near the water.

On the way to their photo opportunity, a friend trips over a Corona bottle in the sand. Inspecting it, the bottle is passed around and ends up in Jessica’s hands. The group gathered around her now and Tad popped down onto his knee. He asked Jessica to read the message in the bottle, a message that read, “will you marry me?” And guess what? She said YES! They spent the rest of the holiday popping bubbly with friends and family.

THE WEDDING

Jessica and Tad’s wedding was one of my “Seven Wedding September” in 2017. It was the most beautiful day for their outdoor ceremony. The pair chose gorgeous, classic details that adorned the campus of Stone Manor Country Club. The tented reception was also decorated with accents of maroon and gold. Guests were welcomed to the dance floor with a LIVE band and there was no shortage of entertainment! As you’ll see below, the day was truly a dream:
