Elizabeth and I met more than ten years ago at West Virginia University. Flash forward and we now live about 45 minutes away from each other, and my move to Baltimore was timed so well that I was able to capture her maternity photos last Winter. When her husband, Kyle, contacted me about surprising her with a Mother’s Day session, I was happy to comply! We set a date and I was eager to see them both as well as finally meeting Oliver.

We executed their session in their new home, Kyle’s childhood home, and at the same park we visited for their maternity session last year. It was an adventurous afternoon and a great visit with my dear friends. It’s so wonderful to watch my client families grow, bond, and to be a little part of documenting the love they share.
