I’m so excited to be blogging my first wedding of 2015!!
There has been a lot going on, and as we approach the Spring, I am more and more eager for the rest of my 2015 couples to tie the knot! This wedding was such an amazing way to start the year. Hallie and I had a lot of fun and this was the first time I’ve had a wedding in January.
Courtney and Kenny were married at the Embassy Suites in Charleston, West Virginia. Surrounded by their family and friends, they said their “i do’s” in a sweet ceremony garnished with pink, baby blue, and mint green details. The reception followed and was hosted by Party Time DJ Services. Dancing and fun ensued. It was a fabulous event!
We were so lucky to have had 60 degree weather in West Virginia in January. It enabled us to do most of the portraits outside the hotel, which was cool being that it is right downtown. We were even able to sneak out after the reception for some night shots. Below are some of my favorites from the day.
Courtney & Kenny,
I had been looking forward to your wedding for so long and it went off without a hitch. I hope this is an omen for the rest of the year, but no doubt you two rocked it on your wedding day. I’m so happy for you and I can’t wait to see you grow closer together. Thank you for supporting me and feeding my creativity. Your trust in me made this such a fun wedding to shoot and I hope you love your images as much as I do!

love the elevator shots, but the night shots are simply fabulous. With such a gorgeous bride, how could any shot be bad? Congrats!!!
