I know I’ve been slacking on the blog, but there have been so MANY incredible things happening for AKP. It’s a wonderful feeling to be kept so busy, so be prepared for LOTS of blog posts over the next few weeks. We have tons to share!
First up is Christian and Elizabeth’s DC engagement session. These two met with me last year when they started to plan their 2016 wedding. I absolutely adored our time together, and we were quick to move forward in planning their engagement session.
The pair met at college while attending the Catholic University of America. We had planned to start there and hop into downtown DC, hopeful to find some blooming cherry blossoms. Our date had been strategically picked around bloom season, but we were about a week too early. Despite this, we still found some gorgeous magnolia blooms and were able to tie in that pop of pink we’d hoped for.

I had so much fun exploring DC with you two. I know it was crazy, but you were both absolute troopers… even wearing new wedges!! I can’t wait for your wedding next year!
