If I’m being completely honest, I fell to tears the first time I watched this.

Having learned so much this year, re-branded my business, and really committed to the wedding side of this industry-I decided to shoot a promotional video. I had no clue where to start, but that’s where Lee came in. With some direction, a lot of nerves, and a few meet-ups for footage.. we had what we needed.

Let me just say, Lee did an amazing job of making me feel comfortable in a scenario that I felt completely out of my element. I have definitely become used to being behind the camera, so this was hard for me. Even in old family videos, I’ve always disliked the sound of my voice.. BUT I do love to talk.

I believe whole-heartedly everything I’ve said here. I laughed at myself when I saw the part where I talk about next year’s Maryland weddings. Seventeen was more than the ten I could visually show on my fingers, but I tend to get excited over things. This is such a testament to how much I love my job and couples. I really hope you enjoy it and I can’t wait to share this with future clients inquiring about AKP weddings.

Special thanks to Lee Russell Films! SUCH a great job. Also, to Lindsay, Matt, Jay, and Jessica who took time out of their busy wedding planning lives to get in front of the camera with me. I had a wonderful time creating this together!
