The last few weeks have been overwhelmingly great. I have been meeting with tons of new couples and traveling for weddings. I can’t express how thankful I am for this bridal boom we’ve been experiencing; 2015 is going to be one heck of a year!!

A few weeks ago, and precisely 11 days before their wedding, I met Martha and Steve. The pair own Bread and Circuses Bistro in Towson and have been engaged for almost a decade. Happy with their life, they never felt pressed to tie the knot, so time passed. As the Fall approached, they decided they wanted a Summer wedding and quickly set a date while the leaves were still green. The two found me via theknot.com and we connected, promptly.

When I met Martha and Steve, I could immediately see their connection. We spent time getting to know one another, talked about their journey in restaurant ownership, and then back to wedding planning. They knew exactly what they wanted, which made it super easy for me! We signed a contract that day, and a little over a week later-they were married. :)

Martha picked a “birds and the bees” theme and it was adorable! She paid close attention to detail, as you will see in some of the special touches she provided throughout their wedding. Martha and Steve’s family and friends all gathered to make every part of this day come together. They did an amazing job. It was absolutely beautiful, as was the love they all shared for each other.

The Cloisters is a gorgeous and intimate location for a wedding. It made a gorgeous canvas for Martha and Steve’s wedding.
