TRY & TRY AGAIN

Megan met Jared in Morgantown, WV in September of 2015. She recalls that after meeting him, she assumed they would never see one another again. Jared had different plans. He pursued Megan time and time again. She continuously said no, until one day she didn’t.

Jared set up a date. He told Megan when and where it would be. He told her to be ready, and exactly when he would pick her up. She was left without a choice! Turns out, it was the best choice that had ever been taken from her.

UNDER THE STARS

Jared took Megan on their first date. While other guys might choose a movie or dinner, Jared took Megan to the Preston County Buckwheat Festival. Megan recalls being surrounded by cows and snagging some slightly stale cotton candy. She also remembered the stars, because that night-they aligned. That night, Megan let the boy who was chasing her catch up. They both fell hard for one another.

CHARM CITY

Despite being from West Virginia, Jared proposed to Megan in Baltimore, Maryland. The two had taken a weekend trip to celebrate Megan’s birthday. FIVE FUN FACTS

1. Both Megan and Jared have science based job positions.
2. Back in 2015, the pair decided to make it official after visiting a haunted house and eating cold pizza from Sheetz.
3. The pair love to curl up at home and binge anything Netflix.
4. Megan and Jared wish they could invite Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson to their wedding!
5. These two are obsessed with their dog, Bella.
